Preparation
1. Marinate chicken in lime juice, garlic, soy sauce and apple juice concentrate in a medium-size bowl at least 2 hours in the refrigerator, turning at least once.
2. On skewers, alternate chicken, mushrooms, red pepper, onions, green pepper and zucchini.
3. Prepare grill. Grill about 10 minutes, turning and basting often with marinade.
